I've based my stat review on Sanches with a Shadow chem. I packed Sanches last night and then started playing WL. I've now played all 30 of my WL games with him at LCM in 4-3-2-1 and finished Elite 2. The card is unreal. I play him in a midfield paired with the dynamic CL fabinho and standard CL Fernandinho. He is an unreal player! 100% worth adding to your squad. He is like Kante with strength, aggression and some crazy timed long shots. So far he's played 30 games, scored 11 and assisted 9 - not bad for a CM. The guys WR makes it so hard for people to stop him, he just doesn't stop. I'd definitely recommend changing his position instruction to free roam.
I`m gonna begin this review saying the obvious for every Renato Sanchez user that I ever met, BUY THIS DREAD GUY!!!!
He is fast, he is strong, he has blond dreads, he is TOTALLY complete.
I use him in a 4321 with 3 CAM as a CDM alongside with Goretzka IF and he delivers all that you need in a CDM. He is everywhere in the field, in both sides, and he can tackle everyone with fantastic ease and when he is outside de box he can shoot very eficient. I have a team that coasts 360k, he worths in the time that I write this review 234k so you can see that he is very important on my team, and can be very importante in yours too.
P.S- and he can be upgraded if Bayern continues on champions league, it`s unbelievable.
PACE - His pace is great for a CDM, so you don`t need to improve it with chem styles (or need, depends on your need of speed in the midfield)
PHYSICAL - His stamina (93), Strenght (82), Jumping (85) and Agression (93) is amazing, it`s very dificult for any attacker to pass trought him and he reaches everyone very fast
PASS - once I put a Powerhouse chem on him, his passing feels like Kroos TOTY, but even without boosting his passing skills he does the job really well
LONG SHOTS - 86 long shots 95 shoot power, dont`t be afraid, just shoot and let the goalkeeper make the miracle
DRIBLING - with 81 agility and 90 balance you can control the midfield with him.

Price, 235k is quite a lot of money, but worths every coin.
This card at its base 81 is not a world beater. It is however extremely solid as a box to box CM. As long as you do not expect too many goals. I expect as Bayern progress this card could become something special.
Pace - Nice pace for a CM. Feels fast.
Stamina - as a H/H CM he needs stamina. 90 is not bad for this card at all.
Physical - Good jumping and aggression. Decent strength too. Very solid.
Dribbling - Very solid dribbling for a CM. Good at starting attacks.
Short passing - Very nice short passing. Passes always go to feet.
Defending - very solid defending as a CM.
Shooting - Due to his composure his shooting is wild. If you do not rely on goals from CM this doesnt matter. He can score but it is not the best.
Long passing and crossing - His long passing and crossing is pretty poor. Over the tops aren't the worse but he doesn't match up. Crossing is poor so as a RCM in a 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-3-1-2 or some such he wouldn't be great.
Height - Can feel a bit short at times. Not a massive issue but will improve.
I used him a long time as cam (4-2--2-2) and he was good, but honestly he wasn't good as i hoped. Now he plays cdm next to Goretzka OTW and all i can say that this is the best cdm duo that i ever owned in fifa 19. Sanches wins every tackle, is very fast and in combination with this physical stats he is an absolutely beast. I recommend to play hin with the powerhouse chem to fix his passing stats.
+ Pace- Very fast with and without ball, he can easily catch some players who are 5-10m away.
+ Defending- He is very aggressive and wins a lot of tackles
+ Shooting- if he is not under pressure his shots are great and very powerful
+ Dribbling- He holds the ball very closely, which is very important if you want to keep the ball in possession
Passing- not a big con but under pressure he do sometimes pointless mistakes, you have to look that your opponent wants to take him under pressure
Shooting- you should not press the shooting button when an opponent player run next to him and sometimes he needs a long time to shoot
Recently the positions around Sanches have been upgraded. I play in a 4-5-1 formation with 2 cams, 91 Ronaldinho and 91 IF James Rodriguez. My striker is 89 falcao and behind Sanches sit Hummels and Rudiger, with tots digne and 86 kimmich on either side. on my wings are otw richarlison (86) and carniball pulisic, who is 88 (I'm not tryna flex, even if it isn't a big flex, ok this is for context lol). So recently I thought was it time to get Thiago alcantara in the cm to make it look better but Sanches with a powerhouse chem style is definitely good enough. I don't want to replace him because playing with 2 offensive cams I need Sanches' 89 physical and extra defending from the chem style to cover them, especially with his 93 sliding tackle
Even though he doesn't win every header , being 5'9, he is fast and aggressive enough to cover back, if hummels hasn't already stopped them. Overall I would just say the he is probably better than Thiago in a cm position as he can do a variety of things, also Thiago is more of a cam.
First of all I used him as a ZDM (backbone) and ZOM (Deadeye). Basically I wanted to find out if he could beat Leon Goretzka and become a part of my first team.
Right now I have to say he cannot. He is great no question but not that great at all. The first time I look at his card I was absolutely amazed but when you see all of his stats you will see he can do everything but really nothing.
He feels slower than 81 especially when you try to start a counter attack. I guess its cause of his low reaction. I mean its not that low but just not good enough for me.
His passes sometimes are brilliant but when he is in danger to lose the ball to an opposite player 8/10 of his passes will miss. This is a mayor problem. He is no use in your offense if your opponent adjusts pressure.
Physics are great no question. He wins most of his headers but he cannot score from them. His aggression paired with his H/H Workrates makes him push against every player on the field. Even if you want him to stay back while attacking he will be there to attack and he will run back to fight for the ball. He feels like a dog chasing his ball. Also he cannot play one position. Sometimes you'll find him playing LB or even ST but actually he should be a stay back ZDM..
So is he any good? Can he be my new better Goretzka?
Not for now. Goretzka feels way more balanced and self confident. You won't be able to play passes with Sanches as you could do with Goretzka, their shooting feels equal, Goretzka feels faster, Sanches feels a bit stronger... all in all I would go with Goretzka.
This Sanches will get his Upgrades but the first possible will be in 3 weeks the second right before Christmas and maybe with an 83 Rating Sanches good be as good as Goretzka but I don't think he will do better at that time. And still! Bayern needs to win and right now trust me.. if they get to play against any teem better than Ajax the chance of losing is high!
